Erica Campbell of Mary Mary recently discussed her husband’s battle with cancer in her blog on Essence. Campbell, candidly described how she felt her world fall apart the day her husband called her to say the doctors found a mass on his kidneys.

Her story was a true testament of faith and God’s power of healing.

I just want to take the time to encourage all those who are going through. Whether its cancer, unemployment, broken relationships or loss of any kind, survival is the only option. Don’t give up because God is always fighting for you. God wants to take you to your promise land so you will not, I repeat you WILL NOT die in the wilderness! Keep the faith, you will survive.
